Residential Cleaner (Kelowna)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team and provide exceptional cleaning services to our clients' homes. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and passionate about maintaining clean and welcoming living spaces. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus. Previous experience in residential cleaning, hospitality, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and excellent time management are essential for success in this position. Duties - Perform thorough cleaning of clients' residences, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing - Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens - Prepare and assist with light cooking or meal prep if required by clients - Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments - Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal efficiency - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction - Communicate effectively with clients regarding specific cleaning preferences or special requests - Uphold safety standards and ensure a clean, hazard-free setting during all cleaning activities Skills - Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous - Strong background in cleaning and residential maintenance - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Effective time management to meet deadlines consistently - Ability to perform laundry duties accurately and efficiently - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and skilled demeanor - Good communication skills to understand client needs and relay information clearly - Experience in hospitality or related fields is a plus but not required - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour Benefits: - Casual dress - Flexible schedule - Mileage reimbursement Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2oatm0
