Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our agile culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a strong focus on food safety and quality. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and plating Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Support the team during busy service times by efficiently managing meal preparation Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure freshness Collaborate with other kitchen staff to deliver timely and consistent dishes Adhere to all health and safety guidelines related to food service and kitchen operations Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities Passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required Join our team as a Line Cook and bring your culinary skills to life in a supportive and energetic setting.
