Inventory Associate Kelowna

Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday) Reports to: Inventory Supervisor Summary We are seeking a detail oriented and reliable Seasonal Inventory Associate to join our team from June through October. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: Follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures. Perform daily cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure accuracy. Assist with inventory staging, receiving, verifying, and organizing incoming materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation. Support receiving and shipping teams with inventory-related tasks. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Ensure all inventory processes align with company procedures and standards. Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times. Qualifications Experience: Secondary School diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageous. Basic arithmetic. Previous inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred. Solid attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a quick-paced workplace. Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems is an asset. Forklift experience is an asset. Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move up to 23KG/50lbs. Standing and walking for extended periods. Repetitive bending, lifting and reaching. Comfortable working in a warehouse/production setting.
