We are currently hiring professional Security Guards and enthusiastic Unlicensed Event Staff to join our growing team for one of the most exciting sports and entertainment environments in British Columbia.

Note: These are temporary roles with the possibility of ongoing casual employment in a security role based on performance during the event.

Job Skills / Requirements We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a professional appearance, ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset. Experience in event or customer service is considered an asset.

What You'll Do

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, fans, and vendors

Monitor entry points, crowd flow, and restricted areas

Conduct bag checks and access control procedures

Respond professionally to incidents and emergencies

Complete accurate incident reports when required

Support a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable event environment

Work collaboratively with event teams, supervisors, and venue staff

What We're Looking For Licensed Security Guards

Valid BC Security Worker License

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments

Previous event or customer service experience considered an asset

Unlicensed Event Staff

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Excellent customer service skills

Reliable and team-oriented

Comfortable working in busy event environments

Opportunity to gain experience and pursue licensing in the security industry

Education Requirements

High School Diploma/GED

Certification Requirements

First Aid and CPR - Level C Certification

Working Hours This is an As Needed position: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends.

This job reports to the Client Service Manager.
