Ledcor Site-based Safety Advisor, Kelowna

In this role, you will oversee safety Inspections, assist in hazard assessments, and ensure adherence to Ledcor's Health and Safety Management System. With 5+ years of related work experience, you’ll develop safe work practices and facilitate safety meetings to foster a proactive safety culture. Effective communication will be key as you interact with diverse project teams.

Key Responsibilities:• Conduct inspections to identify and solve safety issues • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations • Coordinate training and orientation programs for teams • Develop Job Hazard Analysis documents • Review incident investigations for accuracy

Requirements:• Over 5 years in heavy civil, mining, or similar sectors • Relevant safety certifications (CRSP, etc.) • Strong risk assessment and compliance skills • Excellent communication abilities • Clean driver’s abstract and valid license
