About Us We collaborate with unions, credit unions, and associations across Canada to help their members access long-term benefit programs that support their families. Our goal is to make sure working households have reliable coverage in place for the future.
We're currently growing and looking for individuals who enjoy working with people and want a stable, long-term opportunity.
What You'll Do In this role, you'll speak directly with families and guide them through their available benefits in a simple, easy-to-understand way. You'll be helping people make informed decisions while keeping the process smooth and professional.
Meet with clients virtually (Zoom) to review their benefit options
Complete and manage all required documentation accurately
Stay in touch with clients to build strong, ongoing relationships
Work alongside your team to improve workflows and client experience
What You'll Need
Legal authorization to work in Canada
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a bonus)
Experience in customer service or working with people is helpful, but not required

Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to adapt and stay productive in a remote environment
Solutions-focused with a positive attitude
Works well both independently and as part of a team
