Label Press Operator / Print Production Labourer Kelowna

Snap Printing & Labels is a locally owned boutique print shop serving businesses across the Okanagan Valley and beyond. We specialize in print, signage, and custom labels, and we’re looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a quick-paced environment, and is comfortable working with both machinery and computers. You’ll primarily be assisting with label production and print operation in our shop. This is a physical, active role — you’ll be on your feet most of the day, lifting materials, loading media, and helping keep production moving efficiently. Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM start time Approx. 6 hours/day to start Transitioning into full time hours in August/September Responsibilities Operate and assist with label and print production equipment Load and unload media rolls and materials Prepare files and jobs for print production Monitor print quality and inspect finished products Package, organize, and move completed jobs Maintain clean and organized production areas Troubleshoot minor issues as they arise Follow production schedules and meet deadlines What We’re Looking For Comfortable with computers and technology Solid attention to detail Able to work quickly and efficiently in a rapid-paced environment Physically capable of lifting materials and standing for long periods Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Good problem-solving skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred (but not required) Previous print shop, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience Experience working with printers, RIP software, or production equipment Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or file handling Perks Casual dress On-site parking Opportunity for growth into a full-time role Supportive team setting Hands-on training provided Pay: From $19.50 per hour Benefits: Casual dress Flexible schedule On-site parking Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2opza1
