We’re currently looking for a Senior Accounting Clerk to join our high-performing admin team in a Temporary/Maternity leave coverage role - possibility for growth depending on operational needs. The Drive Ahead - Process and reconcile payables, receivables, and internal statements - Work with vendors to resolve billing issues and outstanding credits - Maintain organized, accurate financial records - Post vehicle deals, warranty transactions, and other dealership-specific items - Support monthly close procedures and reporting - Ensure timely, accurate data entry across departments Performance Essentials - 1–2 years of accounting or clerical experience (dealership experience is an asset) - Solid attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with other MS Office programs - Experience with PBS, CDK, or other dealership accounting software is an asset - Full-time availability — Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week) - A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team-driven environment - Robust communication skills Bannister Accessories - Competitive wages based on market - Extended benefits package, including health, dental, and vision care - Group RSP contribution program for long-term financial support - Unlimited career growth across the Bannister Automotive Group — internal candidates are prioritized - Ongoing training and professional development Bannister Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a respectful, inclusive workplace.
