We’re currently looking for a Financial Services Director to join our team. The Drive Ahead Guide customers through financing, leasing, warranties, and insurance options Prepare and review accurate paperwork, including titles, liens, taxes, and contracts Submit applications and secure approvals with lending institutions Present and upgrade manufacturer warranty and protection products Maintain finance records and handle post-delivery inquiries Support the Sales team in maximizing profits while ensuring customer satisfaction Train Sales Consultants on Finance Office products and processes Stay current on federal and provincial regulations Performance Essentials Minimum 5 years experience in finance advisor role Knowledge of leasing, financing, and insurance products VSA Certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience with Route One and DealerTrack (an asset) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude Bannister Accessories Competitive wages with a performance-based commission structure Extended benefits package , including health, dental, and vision care Group RSP contribution program for long-term financial support Unlimited career growth across the Bannister Automotive Group — internal candidates are prioritized Ongoing training and professional development Bannister Automotive Group is an equal prospect employer and committed to providing a respectful, inclusive workplace.
