3+ years of senior restaurant management or General Manager experience Proven success leading high-volume hospitality operations Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labour management, and cost controls Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and guest experienceHands‑on leadership style with a strong floor presence Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and evolving environment Corporate Culture
