Litigation Paralegal Kelowna

DuMoulin Boskovich LLP is a full service firm with locations in Vancouver, Kelowna and Vernon, BC. We are seeking an experienced (5+ years) litigation paralegal to join our team in the Kelowna or Vernon office. The ideal candidate will enjoy variety in their work as we require assistance with preparations of application material; trial documents, warranty submissions in both provincial and supreme court. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Preparing correspondence and agreements; Court filing and correspondence with other third party entities; Ordering documents with BC Online and BC Business Registry Communicating with clients, agents and government offices Billing, filing, photocopying and scanning Prepare litigation checklists and calculate court deadlines and conduct money Key qualifications and skills: Paralegal diploma 5+ years of related experience Strong knowledge of procedure, rules and filing requirements applicable to all level of court and administrative tribunals relevant to our workplace practice Strong computer and document production skills (proficiency with MS Office) Robust attention to detail, ability to multi-task Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and high ethical standards Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Adaptable schedule In office parking Paid time off Experience: paralegal: 5 years (preferred) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p9ho8
