We are seeking a reliable and skilled Live-In Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and upkeep of our residential building. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional with a strong background in property maintenance, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a dedication to ensuring tenant satisfaction. As a live‑in employee, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a secure, clean, and well‑maintained environment for all residents.Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components. Respond promptly to resident service requests and emergencies, performing in-suite repairs and troubleshooting to ensure timely and efficient resolution of maintenance issues.Oversee and coordinate with contractors for larger repairs or specialized work. Maintain common areas, including hallways, stairwells, lobbies, and outdoor spaces, to ensure cleanliness and safety. Monitor building security systems and report any safety concerns. Keep an organized inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.Assist with move-ins and move-outs, including unit inspections and basic repairs as needed. Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire regulations and safety standards. Qualifications

Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of building systems (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC). Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs independently. Strong communication and customer service skills. Required to be available and responsive to serious concerns and emergency situations outside of regular working hours, including evenings and weekends.Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and climbing ladders.
