This role oversees Pharmacy and Vision Center operations to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with management teams to enhance store procedures and meet strategic business needs. Ce que vous ferez
Establish short and long‑term priorities aligned with operational, people, and merchandising initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency. Develop and leverage internal partnerships to maximize deliverables, fostering strong relationships between operations, merchandising, and external partners.Conduct monthly financial reviews and share results with cross‑functional teams. Lead people development: career development for direct reports, recruitment strategy support, evaluation processes, coaching, and accountability. Educate and deliver training strategies to support initiatives such as scope of practice and regulatory compliance.Communicate clear expectations for operational processes, hold managers accountable for executing corporate directives, policies, and programs. Conduct tours using tools such as Operations Audits to identify execution shortfalls and perform gap analysis. Monitor and evaluate performance, act as a direct coach to managers.Leadership Expectations

The pay range for this position is $109,400.00 - $150,480.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience. Compétences minimales
