Part-Time Breakfast Cook – The Cozy Cafe + Bar (Downtown Kelowna) We are looking for an experienced and reliable Part-Time Breakfast Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team at The Cozy Cafe + Bar. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys early mornings, thrives in a busy brunch environment, and takes pride in preparing high-quality food with consistency and care. What You’ll Do - Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items efficiently during service - Work the line during busy rush periods - Assist with daily prep (cutting, portioning, sauces, etc.) - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment - Follow food safety standards and proper handling of allergens - Support the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations What We’re Looking For - Previous kitchen experience is required - Experience in a breakfast/brunch environment is a big plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen - Strong understanding of food safety and allergy handling - Reliable, punctual, and a team player - Weekend availability is required Position Details - Part time position (2–4 days/week) - Adaptable schedule - Ideal for someone who enjoys having afternoons and summers free ☀ Perks - Consistent morning schedule - Friendly, supportive team workplace - Opportunity to grow with a well-established local café If you’re passionate about breakfast and love working mornings, we’d love to hear from you!
