Description
Our confidential client is seeking a dedicated and relationship-driven Client Relationship & Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts across the Okanagan and surrounding region. This role is well suited to a proactive professional with strong communication, account management, and organizational skills who is comfortable working in a rapid-paced, service-oriented environment. The successful candidate will build and maintain client partnerships, support service delivery through close coordination with supervisors and internal teams, and identify opportunities for retention, service expansion, and revenue growth within existing client accounts. Key Responsibilities: · Client Service: Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure service expectations are met. · Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support. · Account Retention & Growth: Lead account reviews, support renewals, and identify upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion opportunities within existing clients. · Account Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to address evolving client needs and support renewal and service discussions. · CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client records, service history, and account activity in the CRM system. · Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account activity, service performance, and retention trends. · Operational Coordination: Work with supervisors and internal teams to support service delivery and communicate client needs clearly. · Team Support: Support supervisors with recruitment, training, and performance-related activities tied to service delivery. · Administrative Support: Coordinate with internal departments to maintain records and support operational administration. · Scheduling & Resources: Assist with scheduling, inventory monitoring, and supply coordination to support efficient operations. · Policy & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health and safety requirements. · General Support: Contribute to a positive team environment and provide additional support to management as needed. Qualifications: · 3-5 years of relevant account management or client relationship management experience, preferably within a service-based industry. · Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. · Previous experience using a CRM platform; familiarity with ZoomInfo is considered an asset. · Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of responsibilities. · Self-motivated, professional, and proactive in client service, account retention, and growth within existing relationships. · Strong networking, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare accurate proposals and contracts. · Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. · Demonstrated ability to strengthen client retention, support renewals, and grow revenue through upselling and service expansion within existing accounts. · Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Physical Requirements: · Ability to sit and/or drive for extended periods of time · Ability to attend client sites and meetings throughout the assigned region · Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. as required Schedule and Compensation: This opportunity requires regular travel within the assigned territory and occasional evening or weekend work based on client and business needs. The role is primarily remote, with regular in-person meetings with colleagues and clients as required. Base salary of $70,000 with opportunities for a competitive bonus program.
