Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations Lead and supervise kitchen staff during service Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control Assist with menu preparation, inventory, and ordering Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety Train and mentor line cooks and prep staffHelp manage scheduling and kitchen efficiency Qualifications
1 year of experience in a Sous Chef or senior line cook role Robust leadership and communication skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Creative, organized, and team-oriented mindset Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhat We Offer
