Assisting customers with phone purchases and general inquiries Providing excellent customer service and sales support Handling cash/till operations Helping customers transfer data from old phones to new phones Applying screen protectors and assisting with device setup Organizing inventory and inventory managementAssisting with general store operations Basic phone troubleshooting and repair assistance Qualifications

Previous sales and customer service experience required Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning about smartphones and electronics Strong communication and people skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Detail‑oriented and organized Phone repair experience is an asset, but not requiredSpanish speaking is considered a strong asset About the Role
