Position Overview

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cleaner/Personal Caregiver to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional care and support to our clients, while ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well‑being. Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive homemaking services, with a high focus on cleaning, cooking, laundry, and general household management. Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activities and events. Administer personal care services in accordance with the care plan directives. Ensure the emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort and safety of clients to the highest possible standard.Assist clients with activities of daily living, tailored to meet their specific needs. Perform specialized procedures for clients where training has been provided while demonstrating current competency. Observe and document client conditions in line with company standards; promptly report any unusual events or changes in client condition to the Supervisor or Office.Implement and adhere to infection prevention practices. Qualifications

Completion of a formal, accredited caregiver training program and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience. Strong knowledge of the principles of caregiving and customer service. Effective communication in spoken and written English; French proficiency is an asset. Current knowledge of community‑care practices for delivering high‑quality care services.Physically able to assist clients with movement and/or repositioning; able to lift 23 kg, squat, bend, stand, and reach. Reliable mode of transportation; a driver’s licence and automobile are an asset. Clear Criminal background check with Vulnerable Sector Check. Benefits
