Description
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for all guests and callers, responsible for welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, and providing general administrative support as needed. This front‑desk role focuses on reception and office operations. Responsibilities

Greeting and welcoming guests or clients in person or over the telephone; answering and referring inquiries. Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and providing instructions. Sorting and forwarding incoming faxes and emails to the appropriate departments. Handling incoming and outgoing couriers, including regular mail; open, stamp, sort, and label for distribution.Maintaining stock and availability of office supplies by ordering as required. Providing executive support to regional VPs and senior leadership. Maintaining a safe and clean reception area in compliance with procedures, rules, and regulations. Providing general administrative office services and referring brokers for specialized assistance.Qualifications&Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; first voice and face people encounter. Welcoming, client‑focused personality with a genuine ability to connect. Self‑starter who thrives working independently and takes initiative. Comfortable supporting multiple departments and managing competing priorities.Detail‑oriented and reliable. Thrives in a team environment. Ready to work hard and meet goals. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a reception, front‑desk, or administrative capacity. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset. Secondary school diploma. Proficiency with MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.No travel required. Salary Expectations

The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. Benefits
