Client Executive, Signature Insurance May 13, 2026• Location: Edmonton, AB

Acera is seeking an ambitious, engaging Client Executive for Signature Insurance. The role involves managing a successful portfolio of high net‑worth clients, providing excellent customer service, relaying technical expertise, writing new business, and participating in up‑sell and cross‑sell initiatives. Day‑to‑day client servicing and other duties as directed by management will also be required.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to an existing book of business.

Write new business and participate in up‑sell and cross‑sell initiatives.

Handle day‑to‑day client servicing.

Complete other duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

Level 2 Insurance License preferred.

3‑5 years of previous personal insurance experience required.

Working towards CAIB or CIP designation considered an asset.

Competitive by nature and career driven.

A strong business acumen; post‑secondary business courses considered an asset.

Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.

In‑depth knowledge of personal insurance products.

Excellent technical and computer skills.
