Kelowna (Mission Park), BC, #27 – 3155 Lakeshore Road, Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada Senior Insurance Advisor Responsibilities Promote and educate clients on insurance products, take ownership of client relationships and help grow our presence and profile in the local community. Manage more complex insurance cases and help team members reach their potential. Work with clients to uncover complex business challenges, identifying needs and providing recommendations based on knowledge of underwriting principles. Share expertise and knowledge as you coach and mentor junior team members. Qualifications Laser-focused, track record of achieving sales targets. Building authentic client relationships comes naturally. Master time manager, can prioritize workload while demonstrating confidentiality and discretion. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience, while considering internal equity.
