Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, with an emphasis on customer service and communication. Duties - Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. - Utilize power tools and hand tools for effective cleaning and maintenance of equipment - Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. - Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any cleaning needs or concerns. - Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, contributing to the overall upkeep of the property. Requirements - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. - Ability to perform lifting as required during cleaning activities. - Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff. - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. - A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in all areas of responsibility.
