Bartender/Supervisor (Kelowna)

Key Duties & Responsibilities - Craft a variety of drinks with speed and precision, ensuring each one meets the highest standards of quality and consistency. - Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner, creating a welcoming and memorable experience. - Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional service, keeping communication open during busy shifts. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring it’s fully stocked and operational throughout your shift. - Stay up-to-date with our beverage menu and any daily specials, recommending drinks that align with guest preferences. - Monitor guest consumption of alcohol, ensuring responsible service and compliance with legal regulations. - Supervise and guide the front-of-house team during shifts, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth operations. - Provide hands-on assistance during peak times, ensuring that guests are promptly attended to and that service standards are consistently upheld. - Address guest concerns or feedback in a positive and solution-oriented manner, maintaining the high level of service guests expect from Original Joe’s. - Help monitor and maintain front-of-house areas, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and organized environment at all times.
