Multi Drop Delivery Driver/customer service (Kelowna)

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to customers, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong focus on safety, communication, and efficient delivery operations to support our company's commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Duties - Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to various locations within designated routes - Load and unload cargo - Maintain accurate delivery documentation - Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules or issues - Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all times - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries professionally and courteouslyQualifications - a standard driver’s license with a clean driving record is required - Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members - Previous experience in driving delivery vehicle is required. - Knowledge of safety procedures related to transportation and warehouse environments - Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionThis role offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our logistics team, supporting efficient delivery operations while providing excellent service to our customers.
