Inventory Associate (Seasonal) (Kelowna)

Shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday) Reports to: Inventory Supervisor Summary We are seeking a detail oriented and reliable Seasonal Inventory Associate to join our team from June through October. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: - Follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures. - Perform daily cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure accuracy. - Assist with inventory staging, receiving, verifying, and organizing incoming materials. - Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation. - Support receiving and shipping teams with inventory-related tasks. - Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. - Ensure all inventory processes align with company procedures and standards. - Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times. Qualifications Experience: - Secondary School diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageous. - Basic arithmetic. - Previous inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment. - Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems is an asset. - Forklift experience is an asset. - Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English. Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift and move up to 23KG/50lbs. - Standing and walking for extended periods. - Repetitive bending, lifting and reaching. - Comfortable working in a warehouse/production environment.
