As a Service Advisor, you are the key link between our customers and the service department—ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive experience from start to finish. What You’ll Do: - Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and open accurate repair orders - Clearly explain recommended services, timelines, and costs - Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently - Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed of updates or delays - Recommend maintenance and additional services when appropriate - Coordinate with technicians to ensure quality and timely work - Review completed repairs with customers upon vehicle pickup - Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward positive resolutions - Perform vehicle walk-arounds and document existing damage - Arrange alternate transportation or loaner vehicles as needed - Maintain accurate records and a clean, organized service area What You Bring: - Strong customer service and communication skills - Basic automotive knowledge or willingness to learn - Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure - Comfortable using computer systems and service software - Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail - Team-oriented attitude - Valid BC driver’s license with a clean driving record What We Offer: - Competitive pay with performance-based incentives - Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service - Ongoing training and development opportunities - Health and dental benefits - Supportive, team-focused work environment - Opportunities for growth within the dealership Join Nelson Chrysler and build your career in a role where customer service and teamwork drive success.
