At Sienna Senior Living in Kelowna, BC, you will serve for six months in a vital leadership role. As the Environmental Services Manager, you will plan, coordinate, and monitor housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance services. Successful candidates must possess strong managerial skills, oversee budgets, and ensure a clean, safe atmosphere for both residents and team members.

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee all environmental services within the retirement home • Plan and direct housekeeping and maintenance activities • Hire, train, and supervise environmental services staff • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively • Ensure clean and well-maintained facilities and grounds

Requirements:• Degree or diploma in a relevant field • Two years of supervisory experience in environmental services • Experience with fire safety planning • Background in building trades preferred • Strong organizational and time management skills
