Key Responsibilities:• Build and prototype LLM lifecycle systems • Design SFT data curation and deduplication workflows • Evaluate performance and reliability of distributed systems • Develop benchmarking frameworks for model assessment • Work closely with engineering teams on algorithm integration

Requirements:• Hands-on experience in LLM training methodologies • Background in large-scale distributed training • Familiarity with evaluation frameworks in AI • Proficient in programming with Python, C++, or Go • Strong grasp of trade-offs in system performance
