Part-time Administrative Assistant (Kingston)

Real Estate Administrative Assistant We are looking for an experienced, highly organized administrative assistant to manage the backend of a busy real estate practice. We need a mature, reliable qualified who prefers a low-drama environment and knows how to keep an office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a self-starter: You don't wait for instructions. You anticipate what needs to be done and take care of it. You need to be steady and reliable, you bring a calm, grounded approach to your work and handle shifting priorities with ease. Real estate isn't always a strict 9-5 job. We need someone whose availability can accomodate the occasional unpredictability of the industry. While the bulk of this job is behind the scenes administration, you are confortable occasionally picking up the phone to give a client a quick update or answer a basic question.
