We create cinematic short-form video, listing media, brand content, social media reels, educational videos, and marketing assets designed to help businesses build trust, attract attention, and turn content into real opportunities. We are looking for a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented Content Creator / Video Editor who is proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and capable in Adobe After Effects to help us produce high-quality social media content for our growing client base. About the Role This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, has a strong eye for visuals, and knows how to create polished, professional video content. You will help film and edit content for real estate listings, construction projects, business owners, behind-the-scenes videos, interviews, reels, brand campaigns, and ongoing client content retainers. You do not need to be a perfect filmmaker yet, but you do need to be dependable, creative, coachable, and able to consistently produce clean, professional content that matches the EthosVisuals style. Responsibilities Film short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and client marketing campaigns. Capture clean, cinematic B-roll of homes, businesses, construction sites, people, products, and spaces. Help film talking-head videos, interviews, walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes content, and client shoots. Edit short-form vertical videos with captions, music, pacing, hooks, sound design, and strong visual flow. Edit polished videos in Adobe Premiere Pro following the EthosVisuals style and project direction. Use Adobe After Effects for captions, motion graphics, basic animation, visual effects, and enhanced social media edits. Assist with real estate listing content, including property walkthroughs, lifestyle footage, and social media clips. Organize footage, manage files properly, and follow EthosVisuals naming and delivery systems. Work from creative direction, scripts, shot lists, and content plans. Help turn raw footage into polished, social-ready videos. Potentially assist with captions, posting, content scheduling, and basic social media management. What We’re Looking For Experience filming and editing social media content. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro. Comfortable and capable in Adobe After Effects for captions, motion graphics, basic animation, visual effects, and polished social media edits. Solid understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and what makes people stop scrolling. Basic camera knowledge, including exposure, framing, lighting, audio, and movement. A good eye for clean, premium-looking visuals. Ability to edit with strong pacing, music selection, captions, hooks, and story flow. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to shoots in Kingston, Belleville, Prince Edward County, and surrounding areas. Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback. Organized with files, deadlines, and project notes. Comfortable working around business owners, realtors, builders, contractors, and clients. Willingness to learn the EthosVisuals style, workflow, and creative process. Nice to Have Experience with real estate video or photography. Drone license or drone experience. Photography experience. Advanced After Effects experience. Experience with motion graphics, animated captions, visual effects, masking, rotoscoping, or compositing. Experience shooting with Sony cameras. Knowledge of lighting setups, lav microphones, gimbals, or real estate media workflows. Interest in business, marketing, branding, or content strategy. Must have working experience with Adobe After Effects. Must be able to edit polished short-form videos with captions, music, pacing, hooks, and basic motion graphics. Must be able to send examples of past video or editing work. Must be comfortable working independently and on location. Must be able to meet deadlines.
