The Graduate Program Coordinator will report directly to the Manager of Graduate Studies, responsible for advising students on academic and career matters. You will provide guidance on course selection, program policies, and engage with faculty members to support student needs. This position will also coordinate student support services and deliver programs that enhance career readiness through workshops and employer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:• Offer academic advising throughout students’ graduate journeys • Communicate program regulations and requirements effectively • Drive student services from admissions to graduation • Collaborate with departments on academic support initiatives • Organize career-related workshops and recruiting events
Requirements:• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of academic advising and graduate policies • Experience managing student support services • Excellent interpersonal communication abilities • Familiarity with both Canadian and International job markets
