Duties - Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards - Assist with menu planning and ingredient prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations - Maintain food safety and sanitation standards throughout all food handling and preparation processes - Support food service operations by plating dishes efficiently and accurately for timely delivery - Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, portioning, and waste management - Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive, high-energy kitchen environment - Participate in catering events or special functions as needed, delivering exceptional service and quality Skills - Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings, preferably with fine dining exposure - Solid knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques - Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures - Experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus, demonstrating attention to special dietary needs - Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills - Familiarity with menu planning, food industry standards, and catering operations Embark on an energetic culinary journey with us—where your skills will thrive in a lively atmosphere dedicated to excellence!
