Duties and Responsibilities As Chef de Partie, youll lead a team of culinary professionals, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and maintaining the highest standards. Your responsibilities include: Preparing high-quality meals and assisting in all kitchen activities. Organizing prep work, supervising line set-up, and coordinating service flow. Training and mentoring kitchen staff, promoting teamwork, and supporting their growth. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards that exceed local health regulations. Managing inventory, reporting equipment issues, and ensuring the proper handling of assets. Collaborating with other departments, such as Banquets, Sales, and Guest Services, to deliver memorable guest experiences.
