About De La Fontaine Doors & Trim Founded in 1988, De La Fontaine Doors & Trim supplies interior doors, mouldings, and hardware to residential contractors, builders, and developers across Eastern Ontario. We custom hang doors in our factory, measure projects on site, and review drawings and specifications to deliver coordinated packages that help projects run smoothly. Most of our customers have worked with us for years because we make their jobs easier. The Role This is a true outside sales hunting role focused on generating current business and growing territory revenue. Your day-to-day will include: Prospecting and opening new contractor and builder accounts Visiting job sites and building relationships Following up on quotes and opportunities Reactivating dormant accounts Managing your own territory and sales pipeline This role covers a territory extending approximately 150 km from Kingston along the Highway 401 and Highway 7 corridor. You will not be responsible for servicing existing house accounts. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in outbound B2B sales 5+ years in residential construction, building materials, or trades Comfortable walking onto job sites and starting conversations Self-motivated and organized with strong follow-through Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable vehicle This role is best suited for someone who enjoys building territory, creating relationships, and earning through performance.
