In this role, you will lead logistics and support driver performance, working closely with operations and safety teams. Your focus will be to implement processes that ensure efficiency while helping onboard new staff. You will report KPIs and maintain operational records to support overall success.

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee daily transportation operations and staff coordination • Conduct site visits and provide coaching as needed • Facilitate onboarding and training for drivers • Monitor incident documentation and fleet maintenance • Provide administrative support and report performance

Requirements:• Minimum 2 years in a similar supervisory role • Clean driving record and strong regional knowledge • Excellent communication skills and tech-savvy • Customer service excellence with a focus on safety • Available Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
