We are seeking a Social Worker with a passion for Health and Wellness to join the team at KūRated! We have many patients inquiring about starting their care journey, so we are needing someone to join the team ASAP! We currently have a wellness faculty of: - Naturopathic doctors - Registered Nurse - Manual Osteopaths - Massage Therapist - Athletic Therapist - Psychotherapists We are looking to hire an Social Worker who: -Has Professional Liability Insurance -Is willing to promote, create, and build your own practice -Enjoys team dynamics and collaborating in a team setting -Has an entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen -Exerts professionalism and discretion with patient files -Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Demonstrates enthusiasm to improve the health of clients in your care -Demonstrates ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate team leadership -Demonstrates strength and success in establishing and maintaining client relations with all age groups -Demonstrates accurate charting and record keeping in an electronic charting format -Member of the OCSWSSW (Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers) KuRated Care Collaborative is offering: - Competitive Split Percentage or Room Rental (open for negotiation) -You have our full support from medical records management, to scheduling, to patient retention, even inter-professional collaboration for your difficult case -In house marketing -Flexible hours and scheduling available. -Dynamic and exciting environment to grow practice.
