Collegiate Athletics Program Manager (Kingston)

Become a key player in collegiate sports as a Collegiate Athletics Program Manager located in Ontario. Oversee the delivery and strategic planning of varsity athletics programs while nurturing student-athletes. This temporary full-time position focuses on effectively managing all facets of the varsity athletics program. You will ensure compliance with institutional standards and evolve the program through innovative strategies. Your leadership will contribute to the overall well-being and success of student-athletes while strengthening engagement across the athletic community. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee all aspects of varsity programming - Implement policies and manage operational budgets - Monitor academic eligibility and program effectiveness - Maintain compliance with governing bodies and institutional standards - Foster relationships with stakeholders and community partners Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or related field - Proven experience in managing intercollegiate sports programs - Current certifications in CPR and First Aid - Solid knowledge of policies and regulations affecting sports - Bilingual in English and French with teamwork competencies Support strategic planning and program development to uplift collegiate athletics and enhance the student-athlete experience.
