Responsibilities - Conduct outside and retail sales activities to attract recent clients and expand existing customer accounts - Provide expert guidance on various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and home insurance - Develop and maintain relationships with clients through ongoing communication and personalized service - Assist clients in understanding policy options, coverage details, and benefits to facilitate informed decision-making - Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients - Perform sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and managing documentation - Analyze client needs using strong analysis skills to recommend appropriate insurance solutions - Engage in marketing efforts to promote insurance products and company services effectively - Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish (bilingual preferred) to serve diverse customer bases - Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while meeting company guidelines Skills - Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or related industries - Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills - Ability to analyze client needs and develop customized insurance solutions - Effective negotiation skills to close sales and secure client commitments - Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish, are highly desirable - Knowledge of sales administration processes and marketing strategies - Bilingual proficiency enhances ability to serve diverse communities effectively - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
