About the job As the Branch Manager based in Kingston, ON , you will effectively manage the operations of the branch which will include sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting and inventory. Reporting to the District Manager, you will provide direction, training and coaching to all branch staff. Responsibilities - Oversee the hiring, training and supervision of all personnel. - Have P&L; responsibility of the branch, managing budgets, expenses & inventory. - Consistently ensure a high level of customer service. - Ensure compliance from all employees with all health & safety policies, procedures and regulations. - Serve as a Brand Ambassador, building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing the customer experience. Ensure that our corporate image is reflected. Requirements - At minimum 2-3 years of demonstrated supervisory and sales experience. - Proven record of achieving revenue targets. - Strong communicator, problem-solver and leader. - Team player. - Organized and have excellent interpersonal skills. - Electrical industry experience. Annual base salary range: CAD 55,000-70,000. Final compensation within range determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Range excludes variable pay and other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
