Description
Territory Manager (RRT/RN) – Full Time, Belleville, ON We are looking for a dedicated professional to promote Medigas’s products and services in an occupied territory. Key Accountabilities - Identify and develop sales opportunities by visiting key physicians and referral sources to promote the company’s products and services. - Conduct respiratory equipment in‑service training with community partners. - Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve sales targets. - Initiate and monitor prescribed respiratory therapy in clients’ homes, including assessments, education, documentation and follow‑up to ensure equipment performance and client compliance. - Deliver and exchange equipment in client homes, which may include heavy lifting of up to 60 lbs. - Make in‑home client visits that may involve long‑distance travel. - Provide in‑office consultations with sleep and oxygen clients. - Build and maintain high‑quality client and referral relationships. - Perform all job duties in compliance with safety standards. - Support the training and development of recent employees as needed. - Participate in a regular on‑call rotation. Required Qualifications - Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse. - Completed post‑secondary education. - Experience in the healthcare industry with a working knowledge of home healthcare equipment and clinical services. - Prior sales and marketing experience is preferred. - Excellent organizational, negotiation, customer‑service and communication skills. - Ability to prioritize, multi‑task and work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency. - Commitment to client and personal safety and maintenance of client confidentiality. - Clear driving record/abstract. - Must be fully vaccinated against COVID‑19.
