As a Maintenance Technician, your primary duty is performing preventative and responsive maintenance across apartment buildings. This full-time role requires hands-on expertise in HVAC and other systems, alongside excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities:• Conduct repairs in occupied units, including faucets and locks • Regularly clean stairwells, hallways, and elevators • Ensure functionality of emergency lighting and fire safety systems • Perform physical tasks using necessary tools and ladders • Complete and maintain accurate maintenance logs

Requirements:• At least two years of applicable experience • Relevant education or equivalent experience required • A valid driver’s license is advantageous • Computer literacy in Word and Excel is needed • Must be able to lift 50lbs and navigate physical tasks
