Job Overview We are seeking experienced Kitchen Help and Line Cooks to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces Ensure all food safety protocols are followed during meal preparation and service Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining high quality and presentation standards Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple stations as needed Handle food with care to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness Follow all health department regulations related to food handling and safety Experience Prior experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen setting is required Proven skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with serving customers directly or in a rapid-paced environment is preferred Familiarity with the food industry operations, including kitchen equipment and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail This position is perfect for motivated individuals looking to advance their culinary skills within a professional setting.
