As a Host at Fit4Less, you will provide essential customer services and execute cleanliness responsibilities. This role requires effective communication, teamwork, and commitment to maintaining safety and hygiene across the club. You’ll engage with members and guests, guiding them through membership processes and promoting amenities while completing cleanliness tasks and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:• Clean and maintain workout floors to cleanliness standards • Welcome members and guests warmly while attending to cleanliness • Educate members on memberships and club amenities • Report deficiencies and engage with management for support • Promote black card memberships and automation options

Requirements:• High School diploma or working towards completion • 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience • Effective verbal and written communication skills • First Aid, CPR-A&AED Certification• Ability to handle stress and meet customer needs
