Kingston Counselling Clinic is seeking a compassionate, client‑centred Registered Social Worker (MSW) to join our practice as an Independent Contractor Psychotherapist, providing both virtual and in‑person therapy services. Position Details

Independent Contractor Position Competitive split: 65/35 after 6 months, 60/40 for the first six months Flexible schedule Virtual and in‑person psychotherapy opportunities Administrative support and referrals provided Professional office space for in‑person sessions Qualifications

Master of Social Work (MSW) degree Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers Professional liability insurance Experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, grief, burnout, or life transitions is considered an assetStrong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills What We’re Looking For
