Logistics Supervisor in Supply Chain, Kingston

Step into a leadership role as a Logistics Supervisor with Canada Royal Milk. Oversee logistics, customs compliance, and transportation operations while supporting purchasing and planning functions.

This position reports to the Logistics and Supply Chain Manager. As the Logistics Supervisor, you will manage import/export logistics and ensure compliance with regulations. With a minimum of five years of relevant experience, you will lead the Purchasing and Planning teams and establish efficient processes and SOPs to enhance operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations and shipments • Manage customs documentation and transportation compliance • Oversee carrier management and monitor transportation performance • Ensure shipping documents comply with regulations • Provide guidance to team members in Purchasing and Planning

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics or related field • Minimum 5 years in logistics or transportation supervision • Strong knowledge of customs regulations in North America • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems • Effective leadership and problem-solving skills
