The Impact You’ll Make As a Property Maintenance Technician at Patry Group, you are essential to the resident experience. Your work directly affects comfort, safety, and satisfaction across our communities. From restoring appliances and resolving plumbing issues to preparing units for current residents and responding to urgent repairs, you ensure our properties operate at their best every single day. You’ll play a key role in: - Keeping homes fully functional and move-in ready - Protecting properties from damage through proactive repairs - Maintaining safe, secure windows, doors, and building systems - Ensuring year-round comfort with HVAC support - Enhancing curb appeal through exterior repairs and finishing touches - Delivering fast, professional responses to unexpected issues - Supporting preventive maintenance initiatives that extend the life of our assets No two days are the same. What You’ll Be Doing - Complete daily assigned maintenance work orders across multiple properties - Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and independently - Perform emergency on-call service as required - Prepare vacant apartments to market-ready condition - Conduct appliance repairs, plumbing fixes, minor HVAC servicing, window and door installations, lock repairs, painting, and general carpentry - Identify and respond quickly to water leaks and other urgent concerns - Maintain and inspect building systems and common areas - Document repairs with photos and update records in Yardi Voyager Mobile Maintenance - Send detailed daily work reports with photos - Maintain organized tools and storage areas - Support preventive maintenance and special projects - Ensure resident satisfaction through timely, qualified service - Lift up to 25 kg (50 lbs) as required Who You Are - Minimum 1 year of hands-on maintenance or handyman experience - Robust diagnostic and problem-solving skills - Highly organized and self-motivated - Comfortable working independently in the field - Professional communicator with strong customer service instincts - Valid driver’s license (vehicle required) - Own tools required - Able to manage deadlines and shifting priorities You value trust, respect, and accountability.
