Key Responsibilities:• Promote an inclusive culture in line with A&R values• Oversee athlete recruitment and performance planning • Maintain compliance with OUA and U SPORTS regulations • Develop a comprehensive high-performance strategy • Collaborate with A&R teams for holistic athlete support
