Empower students as an Awards Officer managing financial aid processes in Ontario. This role requires policy interpretation, application processing, and monitoring student assistance accounts. The Awards Officer plays a vital role in administering student financial aid, focusing on Ontario and Out Of Province assistance programs as well as US Federal Loans. This position involves processing applications, conducting reviews, and managing appeals, which demands exceptional attention to detail. Serve as primary contact for student financial assistance inquiries Select and evaluate bursary and award applications Review award appeals and make recommendations Maintain internal guidelines for eligibility assessment Process award adjustments and ensure regulatory compliance Requirements
