Customer Service Representative/Cashier (Kingston)

We're now looking for a dynamic individual who can engage with customers - someone who loves helping people. Job Overview: You'll be the face and voice of our business - assisting customers with their needs while promoting our services, special offers and events. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: - Must be a positive, energetic, and outgoing personality. - Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in a professional manner. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries. - Provide accurate information regarding products and services. - Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. - Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and upselling additional products or services when appropriate. - Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve issues. Skills - Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an excellent customer experience. - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers. - Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns efficiently. - Previous sales experience, particularly in upselling products or services is a bonus. - A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment. - Must be available to work Monday - Friday and weekends anytime between 8:30 am - 4 pm.
