Forklift Driver, Kingsville

Our Kingsville Distribution Center, a 150,000 sq. ft. refrigerated facility operating 24/7, is currently seeking a **Forklift Driver** to join our team. The essential function of this position is to provide exceptional customer support through ensuring the accuracy of inventory movement and warehousing **Shift:** Monday through Saturday 2:15pm to 10:30pm **Wage: $**19.20/hr This opening is for a current vaccancy **Primary Responsibilities:** - Handle and maintain the flow of inventory in the warehouse - Ensure that all product is properly identified with correct NAV tags - Inventory is to be inspected to ensure the best quality is shipped - Load tallies will be completed with all necessary information required - Promptly organize warehouse so that all similar product is grouped together - Report any product quality issues immediately to the supervisor - Properly rotate product according to size, date and quantity - Perform inventory count at end of shift if required - Assist in general clean-up of the warehouse throughout the day - Operate forklift or pallet jack as required - Other duties as assigned **Position Requirements:** - High School Diploma or equivalent - Related work experience in this field - Good communication skills - Operate a forklift or have the ability to be trained to meet certification standards operating a forklift - Be respectful and deal tactfully with customers, other employees and vendors - Valid Driver’s License **Working Conditions:** - Work in a refrigerated warehouse - Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs - Use of company computer to input information *“Mastronardi uses AI to source and select candidates on our job platforms.”* Please note: Mastronardi Produce has accommodation processes and policies in place and provides accommodation for employees with disabilities.
